Route Markers

September 17, 2026

Details

Please meet at the Sherman Athletic Club (SAC) to get started. You’ll be paired with another volunteer to mark one or more ride routes.

Using a vehicle, you’ll place above-ground signs and paint directional arrows on the pavement to guide riders along the course. Each route consists of loops approximately 20–30 miles in length, with every turn requiring clear marking.

The time needed to complete a route will vary depending on the number of turns, but most routes take about 2–3 hours to mark.

If your schedule allows you to assist with more than one loop, your help is especially appreciated!
